My mom just sent this. Please note, all this food is for 8 people. 2 of which have a restricted diet. Can't WAIT. I'm in charge of:
1. Timing of the menu - Apps start at 4pm!
2. Pizza bites. Made with no wheat/protein to allow maximum consumption by all. Read: I'm not sure how they will taste.
3. Stuffing. Ina style. I've made this the past few years - it's to die for. Just add more stock than it calls for.
We are going on a family group ride to justify. Wheels down at 12:30. And we aren't talking 'family leisurely roll' - add 2 competitive adult males (dad+uncle), an 18 year old cousin on a new tri-bike, and a 29 year old girl trying to show them all up....I'm predicting sprints, pace lines, and at least 40 miles of fun in the mountains of West Virginia.
