2800 yards in about 50 minutes. Solid 1200 warm up, then a 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 ladder with some pulling mixed in. Felt really good. Flip turns and all. Planned to do 4500, but my hip started feeling a bit sore, really proud of myself for listening to my body.
Sat in the hot plunge for awhile. I have 7pm appointment for an MRI tonight. Should hear tomorrow about the results.
