1. long work week. Really long week or 2 to come.
2. I just made a bacon cheddar and onion quiche. With real bacon and real milk and real cheese. And ate pistachio ice cream as I cooked. Ironman training is going to make me a blob.
3. I have been surviving this week on brown rice pasta and the box 'o wine I bought at Target last weekend. It says it holds 4 bottles. It's almost gone.
4. Our landlord wants to show our apartment on Monday. Does that mean I should clean this weekend? Because that wasn't part of the plan.
4. I don't get Monday off. Big meeting Sunday-Wednesday. spending the days in a conference room in North Bethesda is JUST what I wanted to do on the last log weekend forever.
5. Riding outside tomorrow!! Yippee
6. Finally had an almost pain free run this morning. Topped off with some sub 8 miles. Further topped off with yoga this evening. Teacher was a bit spastic BUT she played Florence and the Machine. I'll be back just for the music.
7. I have downed almost a glass of wine while typing this.
