Choices.

I really want to race at a certain weight this year, which I am not too far from. And I have a couple other things in the works (read: photoshoot. in a....bathing.suit. for a really really large, popular magazine...) that one would think would help motivate me to make healthy choices.

But I continue to make these kinds of choices:

Pre-Run Breakfast #1, 6AM- Banana, Water
Breakfast #2, 8AM - Almonds, Banana, Coffee, Water
Breakfast #3, 10:30AM - Err...,not so much.....
