After three months of avoiding the water, this week I am headed back to the pool.
I WILL SWIM every day this week. At least 30 minutes (so I can fit it in during lunch). Figure if I post it here maybe I will actually stick with it.
Started with 1800 in 30 minutes today, 9x200s- swim, pull, kick.
Felt surprisingly OK.
YEAH!!! good work i don't think i could swim every day. no way. you're bold :)
