Mile Repeats.

yeah yeah yeah, I know: I'm not going to do speed work.  And I have been really good about NOT doing any since my last mile repeats (and subsequent week off...).

Tonight. I did mile repeats.

Last time (roughly 6 weeks ago): 6:58, 7:41, 7:41
First one felt GREAT, 2nd two were awful-crampy-painful.

Tonight: 6:55, 7:06, 7:11
First one felt AWFUL, 2nd two felt strong and controlled.

Rewarded myself with a Gyro Platter after 8 days of healthy eating.
