The coach/advisor thought the 'no-plan plan' was fine. 'A good start...' to be exact (HA).
But he had some suggestions he wanted me to consider. Suggestions that I tend to agree with but was/am afraid to commit to for fear of burning out. But he believes it will AVOID burn out next year. It's also all related to my ultimate goals for next year. Survive? Finish? Enjoy? Race? Compete?
Nothing is final, but looks as though I will be spending a lot more time on my feet through the winter and a lot less time in the saddle. Back to the drawing board.
