With snow coming down strong, I had a 1 hour trainer ride. When I woke up and hit the trainer (after 30+minutes of procrastination), the workout I was supposed to do (high cadence, high HR intervals) quickly turned into an easy recovery spin and 60 minutes quickly turned into 35 minutes. I had no power in my legs and no desire to be on the bike - the Today show wasn't even holding my interest.
After work, I decided to try again. I was angry with myself about this morning, and I also had a big fat FAIL on my workout yesterday. I was properly fueled and motivated to prove to myself I could get this bike done. I hopped on at just the right time to enjoy Jeopardy and ROCKED this workout. I am not sure I ever imagined I would see the day that I would be on my bike TWICE in one day. What is happening!??
